Teachers build communication skills through descriptive vocabulary, songs, and coaching through conflict resolution — helping toddlers find their words as big feelings come up. You might see children stacking and dumping blocks and cups, pretending in toy kitchens and cardboard boxes, climbing and balancing on mini obstacle courses, and singing nursery rhymes with hand motions (and the occasional dance party).

Rest Time
Toddlers enjoy an afternoon rest time on their own cot or mat, in a calm, supervised environment, following New York State child care guidelines for safe, restful naptime.
Staying Connected
Throughout the day, teachers share updates on your toddler’s meals, naps, and potty training progress — plus photos of what they’ve been up to — through our Procare app, so you’re never far from what they’re doing.
Communication goes both ways, too. Please let your child’s teacher know about anything from home that might affect their day — a rough night’s sleep, a bump or scrape, or a special experience worth celebrating — so we can care for your toddler exactly the way they need that day.
