Alicia Gross, Director

Alicia graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Art History. For over 15 years, Alicia has been working with children of all ages, specifically in Early Childhood. Alicia joined the RECC team in the summer of 2010.

Susan Eaton, Assistant Director

Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Florida Atlantic University and over 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education.  She is CPR and First Aid trained, as well as MAT Certified.  Susan recently moved back to Syracuse from Orlando, Florida where she lived for the passed 3 and a half years.  Before leaving for Florida, Susan worked at the RECC from 2002 to 2014; first as a preschool teacher, then as the Program Coordinator, and finally as the School Age Director.  She implemented the Quality Stars NY program at the RECC.
